We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Acknowledge that you have an environmental problem that you want to find a solution to
  • Acknowledge that you have a solution to an environmental problem that you wish to share
  • Allow communication between parties to collaborate in solving environmental problems using innovative techniques

Catalogue problems and solutions on our Knowledge Brokering Platform.

We may share this information with other users of the Innovex Knowledge Brokering Platform with your express permission to do so. We will not pass on your personal information to other parties external to Innovex without your permission to do so.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

  • We take steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage
  • We only keep your personal information for as long as we reasonably require and in any event only for as long as the Data Protection Legislation allows.
  • When you have chosen a password which allows you to access certain parts of the website you are responsible for keeping that password confidential.

  • We have a retention schedule which specifies storage periods for categories of data which reflect relevant legal requirements and limitation periods applicable to contractual claims. Once retention periods have expired we securely delete data and keep a log of deletions.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
